Daily maintenance and maintenance of small yacht

1. External cleaning

Hull cleaning: regular cleaning of the hull of the yacht, especially fresh water washing after the use of sea water, to prevent salt accumulation. Use proper cleaning agents to avoid damaging the hull surface.

Deck clean: keep the deck clean to prevent slipping and water accumulation. Regularly check whether the deck drainage holes are unblocked.

2. Internal cleaning

Cabin cleaning: Keep the cabin dry and clean to prevent mold and odor. Ventilate regularly, especially after use in a humid environment.

Equipment Cleaning: Clean and inspect all internal equipment and facilities, including kitchen, bathroom and bedroom areas.

3. Engine maintenance

Regular inspection: Check whether the oil level, coolant and drive belt of the engine are normal. Make sure there are no leaks or abnormal sounds.

Oil change: Change the oil and filter regularly according to the manufacturer's recommendations, usually every 50-100 hours of use or once a year.

Check the fuel system: Check the filter and pipeline of the fuel system to ensure that there is no blockage or leakage.

4. Electrical system inspection

Battery maintenance: regularly check the battery status to ensure that the battery is charged normally, clean the battery terminals to prevent oxidation.

Electrical wiring inspection: check the electrical wiring and connectors to ensure that there is no wear or looseness to prevent short circuit and fire.

5. Hull and structure inspection

Inspection of the bottom of the ship: regularly inspect the bottom of the ship for cracks, breakage or attachment of marine organisms. Anti-fouling treatment if necessary.

Rudder and thrusters: Check the rudder and thrusters for proper operation, damage or blockage.

6. Safety equipment inspection

Life-saving equipment: Check the life-saving equipment such as life jackets, life buoys and emergency signal devices to make sure that they are intact and placed in an easily accessible position.

Fire extinguisher: Ensure that the fire extinguisher is within the validity period, and regularly check the status and pressure of the fire extinguisher.

7. Inspection of navigation equipment

GPS and radar: Check the operating status of navigation equipment to ensure accurate positioning and navigation.

8. Daily Operation Precautions

9. Seasonal maintenance
